I have had ongoing communications for many years with UK author Steve Powell who is the go-to guy for all things James Ellroy as well as crime fiction and true crime. I have always found him exceptionally well-read, articulate, and balanced in his presentation of my investigations and writings. (The welcome sign of a true journalist.)
