Big News in Birch Bay!   The below letter was received in yesterday’s mail.  Take a read:

How cool is that!
It took me seven years to make Detective I and Rima did it up here in the Great Northwest IN ONE YEAR.

AND SCORING 5TH ON HER WRITTEN EXAM OUT OF 72 CANDIDATES.

Big hugs and a big five paws up to my new partner. She’s ready to roll.
Our first stop to celebrate will be Coffee and Donuts, down the road.
