I currently live in Mossyrock – about 3 ½ hours (one way) from Bellingham. I also moved from Southern California to a more sustainable and rural lifestyle that cannot be offered in the LA basin. (The closest I could get to the “rural” lifestyle I wanted was in Frazer Park – a 67-mile one-way drive to work and back – but the time on the road was worth it to me to be away from the hustle and bustle of big city life.)
I currently live on a 2-acre parcel on the banks of Riffe Lake where we have 4 deer and 2 young buck yearlings living in the forested area behind our home. We see them, they see us, and we keep a comfortable appropriate distance from each other so none of our lives are disturbed.
I would love to come to and hear your presentation in Bellingham on October 27th, but with my health such as it is, (a minor stroke last February and night-blindness) I don’t drive after dark and it’s a 3 ½ hour drive (one-way) from my place to Bellingham. So, regretfully, as much as I would like to attend, it looks like I won’t be able to attend your presentation.
I have heard of you and have read a couple of your books, and I would like little more than to finally meet you. You are an inspiration. Good luck and blessings on all your future endeavors.

Looking svelte Steve👍! Very tempted to show up at one of your presentations………..alas, the spirit is willing, the body too tired🥹! But my thought here is how do we keep the “crux” of your books alive when our time is passing? The crimes of GHH and the victimization of so so many women is a never ending cycle in our seemingly happy and successful world! Yes, women today are more worldly, successful and aggressive………(look at Kamala!) but still the crimes against them continue and proliferate!! I see an opening here though………..…wouldn’t it be a game changer if you could give a presentation in Washington DC with Kamala Harris & Tim Walz present on stage to support your words!! You’re not a fiction writer but True Crime writer and it is time for Legal, Medical, Educational professionals to push for 100% backing to educate our youth on GHH’s severe crimes!! GHH must not fade into a “Jack the Ripper” (alas, very real!) mythical character👎! OK, off my soapbox! Hope all goes well for you on the 27th👌!!

Most of my readers, like you, GET IT. But, the leap from BDA to Zodiac and Most Evil I and II is tough for many conceptually. (I know it was for me.) So, unless they actually take the big step to read the factual evidence, many just won’t get there. Thanks again for your many years of support. Have a very scary Halloween. I’m heading south to Seattle to have a scare from my grandkids.
Hey Steve, ya never know…..you could wind up at a Seattle U track meet or be cruising around Seattle Univ. and run into grandson…..I know I have sent so many pics, know you have one of him! And he’d know you by name! I may be making a move from here to SC w/oldest daughter…..still waiting for house to sell……….emotional time. Son & DIL having a bbq this wkend to toast Phil………..he was born a Halloween baby! And speaking of babies………great granddaughter
