When new BDAs come out, are they more like new editions? Like theres editing and added content? “The most recent iteration?” Or is it more like a sequel, where one needs begin reading BDA 1, and so on?

Good question. On the previous BDAs they were each a follow-up to what came before in my investigations. Like an ongoing Progress Report adding new findings. In the case of BDA IV not necessary to have read the previous publications. Consider it a “standalone” book. That said, one can always then go back and read the previous BDA I, II, and III.
