September, 2006– Appeared on CNN Anderson Cooper 360- Eliminated Photo#1 as not being Elizabeth Short. Identified and personally interviewed woman in photo who verified photo taken at the Franklin House in ’47. See FAQ 20 on “Maganda.”
October, 2008– Discover and connect physcial evidence from Black Dahlia crime-scene to physical evidence known to be at the Sowden/Franklin House three days before the murder.

May, 2009- Identify “The Baron” confidant of George Hodel heard talking with him on the DA Black Dahlia SurveillanceTapes as- Ernst Von Harringa. See original blog “Bugging Tapes Baron Identified” and well as follow-up blogs. (Keyword Harringa.)
June, 2009– Discover my maternal grandfather (mother’s father) Charles Harvey, unexpectedly dies on December 23, 1949, the very day of George Hodel’s “acquittal” on incest/molestation charges. Upon ordering a copy Grandfather’s death certificate I discovered the “attending physician who listed his cause of death and ordered immediate cremation of the body was-DR. GEORGE HODEL. August, 2009- Release of LASD Cmdr Tom Vetter television interview where he conirmed High Comman knew identify of Dahlia Killer, but informed him in 1962, “It will never come out.” See Vetter blog on story here.

May, 2010- LAPD Top Cops Speak Out “Case Solved” See 3 minute video Link Here.Discover that in 2004, active LAPD Chief of Detectives orders his Robbery Homicide detectives to, “Go ahead and clear the Black Dahlia case unless you can find some major holes in his investigation.” (Order ignored and Chief retires one year later.)
August, 2010- DA Hodel-Black Dahlia Surveillance Transcripts indicate potential link to Dr. Audrain, Head of LA Abortion Ring Doctors to George Hodel. See FAQ here.
January 15, 2011– Public announcement that George Hill Hodel’s full DNA profile obtained
and now available for law enforcement comparison to unsolved Cold Case investigations.
March 22, 2012- Publication of Black Dahlia Avenger II: Presenting the Follow-Up Investigation and Further Evidence Linking Dr. George Hill Hodel to Los Angeles’s Black Dahlia and other 1940s LONE WOMAN MURDERS.
November 9, 2012- Sowden/Hodel Residence searched by BUSTER, a court-certified police “Cadaver Dog.” Search resulted in Buster “alerting” to Human Decomposition at four separate locations in the basement of the residence. Search corroborated the 1950 DA/LAPD detectives tape recorded evidence indicating an assault or murder occurred in the basement. See article on“The Smell of Death” here:
February 1, 2012- NBC New Patrick Healy reports Cadaver Dog BUSTER’s search and findings at the Sowden/Hodel residence. See video news piece HERE. (3 mins)
March 11, 2013- Publication of A GENIUS FOR MURDER: A Play In Three Acts
The play focuses on the historical events that occurred in the life of Dr. George Hill Hodel during the five year period from 1945-1950 before he fled the country. See summary link here.
March, 2014- Sowden/Franklin House Soil Samples analysis returns. Dr. Arpad Vass confirms Cadaver Dog Buster’s “alerts”. Testing shoes “the soil samples are positive and are human specific. According to Forensic Anthropologist, Dr. Vass, “Chemical analysis of the irrigation box soil showed numerous markers for a decompositional event. These markers were human specific and indcates that human remains were, or are, present in the vicinity of where the soil was collected.” See summary link here.
